Refunds policy

7-day money-back guarantee

If it's your first SimVendor Hosting server and you cancel within 7 calendar days of the first payment, we'll refund the full amount. Email us from the same email address on the order, or open a ticket from the dashboard.

This applies only to your first server. Subsequent servers don't get a new 7-day window.

After the 7-day window

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals — the server stays online until the end of the current billing period.

Plan downgrades give you a prorated credit (applied to your next invoice), not a cash refund.

Exceptions

We may refund outside the 7-day window if:

  • Service was materially undelivered (failed provisioning, persistent outage on a single-region setup).
  • You were charged in error (e.g., a duplicate charge).
  • We've materially changed pricing or features and you don't accept the new terms.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first — we resolve almost every dispute faster than a card chargeback. Initiating a chargeback without attempting to contact support typically results in immediate account termination per Stripe's dispute policies.

How to request a refund

Open a ticket from your dashboard with subject "Refund request" and the order ID. We respond within 2 business days, usually same-day.
